Allocation of land plots
Land plots will be provided free of charge to servicemen, including those who have been discharged from the reserve, fighters of volunteer formations and Rosgvardeys who have been awarded the title of Hero of Russia or who have been awarded orders of the Russian Federation for services rendered during a special military operation. The mandatory condition is registration at the place of residence or place of stay in the Ivanovo region and the status of ‘veteran of military operations’
